Yizi_m - Experiment 3 lyrics

Experiment 3 Page 41 #1 I would like to mimic the start of The Appropriation of Cultures. This story starts with a summary of the background which also infers how the story may go and makes the ending reasonable. For some stories starts with a plot, though attracting indeed, I sometimes have to come back to the beginning and read it again to have a better understanding of the story. Mary's parents got divorced a few years ago because of the poverty. Her mom remarried to a businessman and moved to another state. Mary is in the seventh grade and have specific interest in biology. The situation of Mary and her father are in got even worse after Mary's grandfather's d**h. Mary's grandfather was a technical advisor of a company and has been supporting Mary for school. Mary knows what both her father and her are facing, the poverty. So she studies at any available time. However, no matter how hard she tries, her grades always disappoint her and Mary only shares her secrets with her violin because she does not have any friend and hate all kinds of exercise. #2 1. “What the heck is going on!” yelled Daniel cannot holding back his anger and shock. Half saying to himself and half asking the only one standing there, Sid. “Who else in the world can I ask! It was already all like this when I got here!” Sid was same shocked as Daniel and there was even a sobbing tune in his voice. 2. Out of a sudden, an ear-piercing screaming from afar broke the silence. 3. I can't tell them the truth, David said to himself. 4. It's been drizzling for a whole week, and everyone just feels like doing nothing at all. 5. Once upon a time, there was someone who has the ability to let everyone around him do the same thing as he does, but he does not know how to control his gift yet. 6. He is the head of the small town because he is the only one who can read. 7. “Let's flip the coins, head or tail?” said one of the two guys. "Head!" Sitting face to face, the two guy both anxiously fixing on the little falling quarter. 8. “I am sorry, truly, terribly.” A young man has practiced his apologize for the thousands of times. 9. Painfully, he reached his hand to his pocket with his last breath. Taking out of a photo of him with a girl, he stared at it for a second and smiled and … closed his eyes. 10. Without tears, without even a single word, she did whatever she was pushed to do. I love the fifth sentence because it sets a start for a fairy tale. Fairy tales always come with something unexpected and interesting. Also most fairy tales have a meaningful ending which is not only for children. From this start, what happens to the man seems interesting and makes me want to read whether and how he overcomes and takes advantage of his ability.
