RENDEZVOUS I grab the keys up off the hook, its so ironic cuz i'm hooked She plays the keys and reads me almost like a book I go outside and spot the ride; i take a look Then speedily, I clear the pa**enger's seat and begin to book What am I after? I'm realizing this chapter could be a sentence for me, and this period's got me beat If I don't turn the page, I know this leads to the end But I can't stop, so I send a text and say I'll be there in ten And my intent is fueled by discontent I contemplate what I'm absorbin' as I U-turn up on Corbin Then I turn left on to Saticoy and satan be like THAT A BOY Man I'm trippin, I know that I should repent…but… I can't control it, this lust inside is growing So i turn right onto Tampa, then i turn left on Vanowen I show no signs of slowin although every light is red What's going on…God's telling me use my head Tires peeling as I pull up to her house And she walks out, wearing her favorite revealing blouse We both know what's going down, n***a she never nervous She wore that sh** on purpose, she love when I start observin I almost started swervin before I parked the car Then I hop out, and I ask her what she wanna do I had borrowed the rendezvous, I'm thinking we can rendezvous I mean really its just us two, its whatever we want to do So we both hopped into the backseat, exchanging body heat Its hot and heavy, things are getting crazy But I'm a preacher, she's a worship leader—both believers So we stop short of s**, we don't want…babies But, no matter how much we pray… It doesn't really take the guilt away There was an awkward silence as i dropped her off at her house, because we realized that we got church tomorrow
