QWEEZii - Letter to the President lyrics

But not for me, you I'm Hell-bent & Bound #2 How did get this point Letter to the President Shredded up Heaven.../ Sent What you gonna write another haiku, S_C_: i like you, chill make think up Obama, Step Up Good morning cla** (smile). This a**ignment we had was a topic we were pa**ionate about. That being said, it was very hard to think of a topic. What am I supposed to persuade you all about? Well, I thought about it. And I realize it is the year 2014. We are all so oblivious to it, but we are living in a time where our president is black. We are living in this time, and we live everyday like it's almost normal whereas generations ago this was unheard of. Now, it's a step in the right direction skeptics might say. Critics the same. He's mixed. He's m**m. He's half white and he plays basketball. I want to challenge you all to open your eyes. During his election, his first primary election support unprecedented. You say half white, I say isn't that the point. Now think for a second. How are we supposed to move forward without our melting pot of this nation? We must remember the scars. We must remember once upon a time, we weren't old enough to see once upon a time. Now there are movies everywhere and slavery and exterminations such as the holocaust is an afterthought. I can't feel the whooping's my ancestors felt, I can't feel the d**h impeding on my Jewish ancestors. I'm a black Russian Romanian Jew. I've heard speeches; I've read poetry and the ignorance of some of the dare I say full breeds of certain races. African Americans included, it's disgusting. Besides, is there really such thing as a full bred especially in a nation where white men had their way with our voluptuous curvy African woman and their Spanish cousins. Rhetorical question, don't think white woman weren't being cheated by their breadwinners. And yet, black people. Fail to sort of take pride. In a nation where once upon a time it was a joke the first black man turned president would be bound to be eliminated. Abraham Lincoln'ed. Now we're so ignorant we go, it's because he's mixed. Applaud the progress we've made as a minority. For anybody with African American descent to step up to the plate and run for candidacy, applaud. To make sense, because I remember a lot of the praise was he makes sense he's not avoiding the hard questions. Nothing comes easy; we fight as a whole in even our most pressing hardships. Part of acceptance is learning that we have these lumps. And who knows what the next great person can achieve. Thank you. he didn't wait till August lIV3 {i get these strange feelin's} VII
