Vienna, October 10, 1960 Vienna art dealer Astrid Kopf was arrested today on the charges of keeping and selling illegal art. Among the extensive art collection in her possession police found numerous examples of degenerate art, including works by Austrian born Gustav Klimt. The indecent art was confiscated by the police and will be destroyed once an extensive an*lysis of the works has been performed. Kopf's attorney commented that she was truly sorry for what she had done and that she would not contest the accusations.
