10/29/2013 I read an article about a 30 year old women who is pregnant is pressing charges on her 57 year old male neighbor for rubbing her belly. He came to just say hello at her house and gave her a hug and out of nowhere rubbed her belly. She felt disturbed without him warning her or asking for her consent and just pushed him off and he quickly left. She now pressed charges and now has to wait for trial. If he pleads guilty he would just have to paid some sort of fine if otherwise pleads not guilty the two will have a hearing to testify.
