Julius Caesar's play is based on a story from the years between A.D. 46 and A.D. 120. In the play there is four main characters Julius Caesar, marc Antony, Brutus and ca**ius. They each had personal and political beliefs and motives to why they made the decisions they made in the play. The main one that made a hard decision in the play was Brutus to be involved in the k**ing of Julius Caesar the senate thought Julius had to much power and they made up a plan to k** him. Brutus joined the band of a**a**ins on the ides of march in 44 B.C. .Julius was warned that he shouldn't go to the ides of march by a dark ghost that came to visit him and also by his wife but he did not listen. Brutus a really close friend of Julius says "Not that I loved Caesar less but that I loved Rome more." (document a) Brutus sacrifices his friends life for what he believed in cause of liberty. When Brutus was stabbing Julius to d**h Julius says you to Brutus then falls to the ground to die. The council wants the people of Rome to think that the murder of Julius is for the good of Rome rather then a act of their own bloodthirstiness. Brutus thought that it was wrong that Caesar would have full power of Rome. Brutus did not hate Julius but loved his country even more. The conspirators agree to k** Caesar but are seeing whether to also murder anyone else. They think about k**ing Marc Antony because he is an close friend of Caesar. But Brutus says that they don't need to do that cause k**ing Julius was already enough that they didn't need to k** Caesar's arms or legs and when he said that he was speaking of marc Antony that they did not have to k** him. It would be a ma**acre to k** all Caesar followers because the only real problems is Caesar. Brutus says in his speech, "our course will seem to bloody to cut the head of then hack the limbs. A new government was formed in Rome who kicked out the conspirators. Brutus with all the troops surrounding him took his own life after losing the battle. Brutus is the real hero of the play.
