OJT can help your company reduce expenses a**ociated with new hires; the program a**ists you with recruitment as well as training expenses. ________________________________________________________ What is in it for your company? ☞ We'll help you find eligible candidates that match the qualifications of your approved job openings; you make the final hiring decision. ☞ We'll reimburse you for part of the costs a**ociated with training this new employee, up to $3000.
