Hey you yes you who`s sitting down on the couch. Have you notice that many heroes movies we seen has a similar connection. And it still uses today because of Luke Skywalker (From Star Wars) and Spider-Man (From the Amazing Spider-Man). It is called the Epic Hero Monomyth, but my question for you is “Which one do you think is a best role model?” Luke Skywalker life story represent the Epic Hero Monomyth story. The reason why is because Luke was living as a normal teenager. (In this sentence it describe status quo because he is living a normal life.) Until he meet with two robots that will change his life forever. (This represent the call to adventure because when Luke meet the two robots he giving a quest.) Then he meets Obi-Wan Kenobi who teaches him about the force. (It represents the a**istance because Obi-Wan Kenobi is teaching him how to use the force.)He faces big challenges in along his way. Later on in his life he joins the war against the Empire. How the Amazing Spider-Man does goes along with the Epic Hero Monomyth? Well it starts when Peter Parker is a student at Midtown Science High School, and he lives with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. (This sentence represent status quo because it tells what normal life he had.)When Peter is cleaning up the basement he finds some of his father's belongings, and then he finds out that father's lab partner who works at Oscorp Tower, Dr. Connors. Peter goes to Oscorp and meets Dr. Connors, and while sneaking around, looking for answers, he is bitten by a spider that is being used to create biocable. (Now this explains when Peter is call to adventure when he is about to start a quest.) Uncle Ben has been one of the biggest mentor influences on Peter, but when he dies, Peter is pushed to his limits. (Well this part of the story tells that uncle Ben is the a**istance of Peter.) His greatest fear was his identity will be known. If this happens, Gwen will die, and the city of New York will be lost. (At this point of the story Peter Parker is in trials and approach, because he is facing obstacles and confronts his greatest fear.)He was unable to fight his way out, reveals his identity to Captain Stacy. (This line explains that Peter is defeated because he was surround by Captain Stacy mans. The sentence is showing the crisis of the story.) Captain Stacy lets him go, showing his new-found trust in Peter. (This sentence show a good explains of the treasure. The reason why is because it`s showing that Captain Stacy is giving Peter his new trust.) Captain Stacy was k**ed. As he dies, he asks Peter to keep Gwen out of his life to protect her. Dr. Connors has been returned back to normal and his plans as The Lizard have been stopped. (This is the result of the story because it shows the last thing what happen to the enemy.)He has learned to put others ahead of himself during the fight with Lizard, and after the loss of Captain Stacy and his Uncle Ben. The Elixir Peter Parker has brought back from his journey is that of a new hero. He is no longer just Peter Parker, fatherless teenager. He's Spider-Man. (Most to the end of the story it explains the return and the new life. Because the hero return home and people now don`t seen him as a fatherless or a shy teenager. He`s Spider-Man.)That Peter Parker don`t keep Gwen away from he. The reason way is because he truly does love her. (Finally the last sentence explains the resolution because he`s still with Gwen even though her father (Captain Stacy) told him not to.)
