9/17/13 Cop fired 12 shots, hit unarmed man 10 times his name was Jonathan Farrell a 24-year-old North Carolina man. He had barley got out of an car accident and he whent to the closest house he knocking and the lady called the police. so when they got their Jonathan Farrell ran to the police trying to get help but ended up getting shot 10 times by an police officer, now the officer was charged with manslaughter. A charge of voluntary manslaughter means the person used excessive force in self-defense, or carried out the act without intent to k**.Police have charged Officer Randall Kerrick with voluntary manslaughter, a felony.
