Why would people just now start complaining about Sriracha fumes considering the company has been in business for more than three decades? This NPR story (above) reveals a couple of recent facts: 1) The factory went from 10% capacity to 40% capacity this year. 2) The brand recently worked its way into the nation's No. 1 fast food company, Subway. Also, there was a Sriracha flavor of Lay's chips, a product of Frito-Lay, a division of Pepsico, the second largest food company in the world.
