Fascinating Aida - Jogging lyrics

The holy grail of self-improvement has become a religious movement. The modern preoccupation with fitness is one to which I don't bear witness. I'm giving up jogging, I'm going to lie in bed instead. I'm putting my feet up, I've got a box of chocs to eat up. Don't like getting hot or sweating. I like flair but I think it's fair. Jane Fonda leaves me cold, I fear, Rubens had the right idea.
