1 oz Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
1 oz Denizen White Rum
.5 oz Perfect Puree of Napa Valley Banana Puree
.25 oz John D Taylor's Velvet Falernum
.25 Cinnamon Bark syrup
.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lime juice
one dash Angostura bitters
one dash (six drops) Pernod Absinthe
Build in a hurricane or pilsner gla** and fill with crushed ice. Swizzle until the gla** begins to frost, top off with crushed ice and garnish with several pineapple leaves.
