I left my home for old lost bay
Went looking for the ocean spray
I told my family on that day
I told my priest and he did say
I took it all much worse than them
Don't ever bring me news again
I left the city, left the state
I tried not to exacerbate
The pain my sister felt on dates
With those whom she could not relate
She took it so much worse that time
I'll never bring her news in rhyme
There's an old wood stove for your heart, burns deeply
So much remorse and feeling
Trying to burn discretely, peacefully
And one more time I left my home
I took my twin and founded Rome
And kept the wolfsmilch for my own
I've always had a greedy bone
I left my home in spirit once
I turned my cab and flagged a dunce
I joined hyenas in their hunts
I play myself to my own stunts
I left my body once, I swear
I drifted up into the air
I couldn't breathe but didn't care
Until I woke up choked and scared
I took it so much worse one day
I'm never leaving earth that way
