The world was too much for us
So we reforged our hearts with lust
And scanned all the land 'round us
For something we all could trust
But our hearts were crushed
Until we could not trust
We walked onto far for us
Uphill as we always must
A scourge on all earth's one prest/breast/(?)
All empty but thunderous
And with every gust
Of wind (?) (?)
And the end came to us
That there was no one thing in the world to trust
And as we let is wash over us
We all felt miraculous
And we talked all night
About how we should just give up the fight
The wrong side of the right
