[Jiddu Krishnamurti speech]
Verse 1:
Ten thirty four circa nineteen ninety three/
I was born to be an Emcee/ Before I could even speak/
I'm on a tight leash/ Trapped in my mind/
My past/ is what holds me back/ so I had/
To leave it behind/ in due time/
I hope to figure it out/
What it is to this world and what it's really about/
Exclude the doubt/ and the negative that's always around/
But I can still feel the heat/ that steams/ inside of this drought/
But what I found/ is an outlook on life that's so profound/
It could never amount/ to all my previous perceptions/
I guess I'm destined/ to craft my intellect and/
Complete my conquest and maybe make a good impression/
But don't you think for a second/ that the views I have on life
Could not ever be questioned/ this is a lesson/
To this entire generation/ and this nation/ needs to know
Your dreams are more than worth chasin'/
Verse 2:
Respect and to Appreciate will always be a must/
Prosper/ Honor/ And Everything Love/
RAPHAEL/ is what it spells/ always prevail/
Always excel/ Never found a reason to fail/
Couldn't you tell?/ success is my one and only option/
It's nonsense/ to think otherwise/ that's just my conscious/
Keeping me alive/ when I ain't got no will to try/
Or will to survive/ hands tied/ but I guess it's do or die/
This world is genocide/ got me terrified/
For the generations after you and I/ just open up your eyes/
And realize/ we need to unify/ be more civilized/
Swallow all our pride/ so I guess it's time/ to open wide/
We always scrutinize/ never criticize/ redesign/ your life/
Only you decide/ to make it right/ so will you fight/
Or will you end it all tonight/ I never saw the light/
Until the day I went and grabbed a mic/
Developed an appetite/ to have to write/ and now Im twice/
As bright/ Flyer than a kite/ or satellite/
Sharp as the sharpest knife/ 86 the lies/ no improvise/
Once upon a time/ I had a sh**ty life/
So don't judge me cause my skin is white/
