Ferocious flames consume my soul, singeing
it, turning into an ugly burnt black.
The flame burns auburn as it licks at my
steel heart, the melted droplets drip, drip, drip.
The flame consumes the entirety of my heart
and my soul, there is nothing left.
Nothing but an ugly pile of burnt ashes.
