See I never thought about bein' sat to tell my full story
Cuz I don't think those years of ignorance deserve glory
But now I feel myself gettin' closer to d**h
Imma write this book and do these talks till there's no talks left
And I love those brothers that were there from early, yeah
Mustafa, Abu 'Ali, Ya Ibn Salim
Muhammad Isma'il that ? m**m Belal Chin
Israfil, Isma'il, 'Abd al-Aziz
Umar, 'Ali, 'Abdullah, Esa, Mujahid, Shaheed
Jamal ad-Din, Shams ad-Din, nah it's deep
Talib, Hamza, the love's so real, I can't even speak
Streatham Mosque was crazy, jum'ah week after week
From 02 to 05, got the strongest team
We're united in this real life, no more dreams
And I can't forget my real brother, 'Abd al-Haqq
Look how our life's turned around, akh we've found this haqq
Yeah we was in the Evening Standard, standard posted up
What it said, "Them m**m boys have gone crazy, the street's gone nuts"
I know those mums thinkin' their sons have all gone mad
Could we turn gypsy into Saudi and fields of Baghdad?
See they don't understand the story and how real it was
Like I would've stand on stage for the hype or buzz
Cuz, we had young ones in the clubs and they're carrying guns
And they're saying, "In the Name of Allah, hand over your funds"
See now, I put my hands up cuh I know it was wrong
But we didn't have no teachers then to learn from
It was like a bottom of a man's shoe where we come from
It was like living in a zoo, where we come from
Ask Abd Ar-Raheem, Shotgun Mo, or my brother Jameel
We didn't know a life of success could come from this hill
But it's like Allah turns dream boys to the realest men
Now they're payin' me to talk to street boys, I relate to them
And now I'm bumpin' into some of my brothers' sons
And they look the same way we looked, they're carrying guns
But it's worse for them, they got Instagram, they got SnapChat They expose themselves to too much, the more they see, the more they wanna have that
And these girls care less about real love and more about handbags
So these boys work less on their character and more on their money, akh
So I feel bless'd, that I was bless'd to travel this world
I see there's more to life than materials and girls
I was handing out food packs with CharityRight in Malaysia
I was in America, on that podium, giving a lecture
I was in Indonesia, in that school, delivering workshops
Imma do these good deeds, in sha Allah, till my life stops
And when this life stops and it all comes to a end
I know it's just me on my on, no family or friends
See I never thought about bein' sat and tellin' my full story, nah
