[Verse 1]
It seems we're dependent on melanin
Or lack of it to make us relevant.
We talk of k**ing fellow men then reveling
Claiming it all to be for a just cause, war or rebellion
When it's so clear and it's evident
We're not diligently militant-we're victim to conditioning
Thus we condone the pillaging and k**ing
Whilst we're filling with fear of family and peers
And developing hatred that's basis is races and birthplaces
And lest we forget to group into religion
Cause, of course, we're taught to reinforce 'ism schisms'
While the demons demonise and dehumanise with their lies
So I view you now through the demon's eyes
And it doesn't come to me as any surprise
That we can't even seem to recognise
Other human beings only seeing what we are told
As repetitive prejudice gets so old and the propaganda get's blander
Does it change? No. Just rearranged and redirected;
Reflected and re-projected at any group or race
That they've elected to hate this year
There's a motivation to invade them, so, it's them that you fear
They make you hate your brother so you condone his murder;
Make you a money lover so your brother is never heard of:
Humanity and compa**ion you're not concerned with
Enveloped in yourself, wealth and other distractions
To cease our inherent compa**ion, they manufacture
Groups and races, we go on then and proceed to be racist
To any rebellious man, not a coincidence, but a cunning plan
To subject deprivation of humanity;
Enslavement in this insanity (repeated)
[Verse 2]
So much easier to stop a rebellion happening
Tapping into the social foundations
And making man hate fellow man, it's so blatant
That it's easy when the ma**es are divided but when we're united and intertwined it's
Us that are realising that we're sisters and brother
Then we no longer justify k**ing one another
No longer hating me but befriending me
So we can identify the real enemy
And upon this enemy we can turn all our energies
Cause together as brethren our actions are beneficial
Once we see the walls are just artificial;
That we are just humans, no exclusions, racism and nationalism become delusions
Then, and only then, can we claim our freedom, so
Who wants to be free then? Yo! (Repeated)
[Hook]
Until I view you and me as HUMANITY
We'll be enslaved in this insanity
Until I view you and me as HUMANITY
We'll just be slaves in this insanity
[Verse 3]
United we will stand
Divided we will fall
The combined height of us all
Makes us tall (Repeated)
