Texas-based alternative metal quintet Faktion, featuring lead vocalist Ryan Gibbs, guitarists Marshal Dutton and Josh Franklin, ba**ist Jeremy Coen, and drummer Jeremy Moore, solidified at the University of North Texas in 2002 as a foursome.
