Swiss thrash metal band Drifter was formed in 1984 and recorded three demos before releasing a pair of albums, Reality Turns to Dust and Nowhere to Hide, in 1988 and 1989, respectively -- both of them featuring vocalist Tommy Lion, lead guitarist Peter Wolff, rhythm guitarist Ivano Marcon, ba**ist Sven Rosemann, and drummer Guido Kirschke.
