Atlanta Hawks 115 @ Chicago Bulls 120
October 18th, 1974
The quadruple-double is an extremely hard feat to accomplish in basketball; only four NBA players in history have done it. Nate Thurmond, one of the NBA's all-time greatest centers, recorded the first quadruple-double in the first game of the 1974-75 season. In that game, he scored 22 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, blocked 12 shots, and had 13 a**ists. Thurmond was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1984.
