Let me present this story from the streets of life
Torment & glory, souls searching for peace from strife
Wonder what's worse than brothers turning the knife
You'll be judged by the way you treat your mother & wife
Character above colors, yet some worship the green dollars
And then greed follows, what we need is warriors & scholars
We need mothers before models & fathers before ballers
Fear the fire & be righteouss- and that goes for all of us
Teach tactic and reason- practice what you're preachin'
But it's treason, when you eventually give in to the demon
A freeman dreamin' to achieve the illusion of freedom
Made an agreement, but they still watchin' with an evil
Eye- I don't lie, when I claim lies have been eaten
Look how we've been treatin'- these people for centuries
Call them citizens & smile, yet look at them as enemies
& wild- no innocence- so placed in profit prisons & penitentiaries
Shamelessly making money out of other people's miseries
Show sympathy, cuz they know not it's a Pyrrhic victory
Life's like a play, but there is no time to rehearse
What's worse- than finding yourself caught in a curse
Too late to reverse, so I put their stories in my verse
Please, don't judge the hand reaching for your purse
Cut off the hand that tries to take patent on the Universe
Respect all, but it doesn't mean I'm willing to converse
Because it hurts to hear absurd words, so sit back stirred
With a vision that's blurred, you get dirty if you play in dirt
Dark dreams, streets flooded with homeless fiends
Sometimes the struggle is embedded in your genes
Deaf & dumb, because you don't hear the silent screams
Of the lost times, the lost generation of soulless teens
But don't doubt son, just go for your goals by all means
All out- we don't bow down for no kings or queens
Remember, we are all just human, not machines
