The over use of these deadly chemicals has really changed our lives, More than a half billion pounds of pesticides are used annually in the United States, To increase crop production, but some of these pesticides are being used at an alarming rate, In a 20 year study of streams and rivers across the country, Researchers found that 90 percent of U.S. urban streams tested, Are heavily pesticide infested, This should cause us to worry, Because even though regulations and restrictions have helped get rid of many hazardous chemicals, Many products from flea collars to roach k**ers are finding their way, Into our oceans, So unless we slow down the rate, Of the amount of pesticides that we spray, Our drinking water, food supply, and the habitat for aquatic life will no longer be safe, Don't Waste Our Planet
