Monday 12-2-13 I read the beginning of "Of Mice & Men." So far they have described to setting of the story so far quite vividly. which is in a great hillside with a long river running along two ways. There are two men called Lennie and George that are traveling to a ranch. They stop for a break at a muggy lake to have a drink and cool out because it is very ho. Lennie is big and tall but not quite smart. George is small and not so big and smarter than Lennie and guides him. They spend the night at the dirty lake because the next day they will journey to the place where they will work.
