A story always has an epic hero monomyth. It has a villain and a good guy, but the way it set out. The hero leaves his normal world into a special world. 2 examples: Star Wars and VGHS has an epic hero monomyth. The epic hero monomyth is still an important concept today because how Luke skywalker fulfills the Epic Hero Monomyth, how Brian D fulfills the epic hero monomyth, and which two hero make the best role model for today. Luke sky Walker fulfills the epic hero monomyth. Luke lives in a normal life until he got a message. This explains the status quo and call to an adventure. Luke wanted to save the girl but could not go without help. This is where he meets Obi-wan and train Luke; this is an example of a**istance. Luke leaves from his home planet to aldran, this show that he is leaving to a special world. Luke aunt and uncle had died which he had nowhere to go except to rebel base. What happen when Luke stay in his home planet? He comes back to the rebel base and celebrates after destroying the d**h star. Brain D life is an example of an epic hero monomyth. Brain leaves home after he got invited to VGHS (video game high school). He meets new friends and enemies when he bet the Law. His new friends help him after challenging the Law. He loss and gets expelled from the school, but goes back to VGHS to fight back. This example has some random parts of the epic hero monomyth. Brain won and gets to stay in school and get the dream girl. I think that Star Wars is a perfect example of epic hero monomyth. There are many stories with the hero monomyth but this movie is simple and describes the monomyth. Brian D example is good but not so great. Some of hero monomyth parts happen random, like he met the bad guy in the beginning. Luke life is going on in order of the hero monomyth. As today many stories and movies have the epic hero monomyth. Some may not use this but this is more common way a story could have gone to. Brian D and Luke skywalker kinda have the same problem. The epic hero monomyth is still an important concept today because how Luke skywalker fulfills the Epic Hero Monomyth, how Brian D fulfills the epic hero monomyth, and which two heroes make the best role model for today.
