The Doctor: If I destroy this planet, I destroy the gravity field. The rocket - the rocket loses protection and falls into the black hole. I'd have to sacrifice Rose. The Beast: (Roaring with laughter) The scene alters to Rose, Zach, Toby and Danny aboard the rocket. Rose Tyler: It doesn't make sense. We escaped but there's a thousand ways it could have k**ed us, it could've - ripped out the air or - I don't know - burnt us or anything but it let us go - why? (She pauses for a moment) Unless it wanted us to escape... Toby Zed: (Agitated) Hey, Rose, do us a favour. Shut up. Rose looks at Toby in disbelief of his rudeness... Toby Zed: Almost there. We'll be on the reach of the black hole in 40, 39... The scene returns to The Doctor and The Beast in the pit. The Doctor: So, that's the trap - or the test of the final judgement, I dunno. But if I k** you, I k** her. The Beast: (Roaring with laughter) The Doctor: Except that implies - in this big grande scheme of gods and devils - that she's just a victim. But I've seen a lot in this universe. I've seen fake gods and bad gods and demi-gods and "would-be" gods. I've had the whole pantheon. But if I believe in one thing... just one thing... I believe in her! The Doctor smashes the lantern (k**ing The Beast and destroying the gravity field) before the scene changes once more to Rose, Zach, Danny and Toby in the rocket. Danny Bartock: (Panicking) What happened?! What was that?! Toby Zed: (Panicked) What's he doing?! What is he doing?! Captain Zachary Cross Flane: We've lost the funnel - gravity collapse! Rose Tyler: What does that mean?! Captain Zachary Cross Flane: We can't escape. We're heading straight for the black hole! The rocket gets pulled backward towards the black hole. The scene changes to the pit again. The Doctor: (Angry) This is your freedom! Free to die! You're going into that black hole and I'm riding with you! The Beast breathes fire and roars with anger as The Doctor grimaces at it. The scene changes to the rocket. Rose Tyler: It's the planet and it's moving - it's falling. Rose turns to Toby and jumps back in horror as he sees that he has been possessed by The Beast. As The Beast speaks through the possessed body of Toby Zed, Rose, Danny and Zach begin to panic. The Beast: (Speaking through the possessed body of Toby Zed) I am the rage and the vile and the voracity! I am the prince and the fallen! I am the enemy, I am the sin and the fear and darkness! Captain Zachary Cross Flane: (Panicked) What is he?! What the hell is he?! The Beast: (Speaking through the possessed body of Toby Zed) I shall never die! The thought of me is forever; in the bleeding hearts of men, in their vanity and obsecrate and lust! Nothing shall ever destroy me - nothing! Rose Tyler: (Rose picks up a bolt gun and prepares to shoot the co*kpit's front window) Go to hell. Rose fires the bolt gun, the window brakes and then she unbuckles the seatbelt where the possesed Toby Zed is sitting in. The Beast gets s**ed out into the K37 Gem 5 black hole and screams in agony. The alarm has sounded. Captain Zachary Cross Flane: Emergency shields! At the captain's command, the shields are activated. Captain Zachary Cross Flane: We've still lost the gravity funnel - we can't escape the black hole! Rose Tyler: But we stopped him, that's what The Doctor would've done. Captain Zachary Cross Flane: (Sarcastically) Some victory. (He signs) We're going in... The scene changes back to the pit. The Beast is roaring in anger - it is on fire; in agony - dying slowly.
