Luke Skywalker, an ordinary boy who was living an average life, like any other teenager. Luke ends up going on an unexpected journey after receiving a message from Princess Leia. Luke has to go through many different obstacles that made him a hero at the end. It changed him; he became braver, confident, and heroic from his original life when he was not confident, bored and had his head down. Hercules was the same way but he felt more out of place and different from everyone else. So by the time he became a hero he was confident about himself and heroic. Hercules was a different teenager from the rest of his group. He had incredible strength and unfortunately he didn't know how to control it yet. His parents were mortal and were unable to teach him the way because he wasn't their biological son. Hercules went on a quest to find himself and to figure out where I really came from. Just like Luke Skywalker; Hercules had to fight through many tough obstacles to become a hero, and a god just so he can finally be reunited with his mother and father. Between these two epic heroes; I personally believe that Hercules is the best role model. Hercules was a teenager who felt out of place and didn't think he belonged in the world he was living in. His story actually touches audience emotionally; not many people feel like they belong. A hero doesn't have to be just someone that fights crime and makes everyone feel safe. A hero can be someone who shows leadership and can be able to conquered their own fears.
