I am awake!
I know the dream is over, I am awake.
I have heard you white man
you're so loud that even children wake up from their deep
deep sleep.
Today it's you who makes the big game
and we all have to be awake to play with you
ev'ryone exept a few
who are too weak so they can't play with you or too strong and so they don't want to.
I am awake!
I know the dream is over, I am awake.
We will meet again for certain our heads full of sick ideas over sick conditions
and we would exchange these ideas
speak until our tounges hang down paralyzed to our heels
and we would go on the spread the epedemics ev'rywhere abroad
here and there somebody falls down dead.
I am awake!
I know the dream is over, I am awake.
We would go on in circles on the lookout for a new idea or a leader or something else to ease our pain.
And once again we would come to a deadlock like yesterday but today without me.
We could go on in circles dangerously ill with sick ideas
the single hope of the sick man
a hope which is a crutch a child is able to knock out very easly of your weak and impotent hands.
We'll meet again for certain in this hell of progress, paranoia, quality and achievement.
But I don't believe in yout future
white man, no
I don't believe in your future, white man.
I will never belive in the future of anything
anything, anything your sick head has discovered.
I believe only in me and the power I use to get free from the illusions you have brought me
from ev'rything, ev'rything, ev'rything you've ever taught me.
