It started with a single color that I've never seen
That somehow spoke for all of them and those in between
Beginning with the notion there could never be a theme
Just the openness of thought and the lucid flow of dream
So I left with my devotion, one year to the day
To sharpen the impressions that we make along the way
And reinvent the science I'm returning to convey
