I sit upon my garden chair
As lazy as can be,
I look at my weeds
But I don`t care
They can look at me.
My lawn is overgrown
Almost to my knees,
My cat is in there somewhere
Gathering up some fleas.
Flowers have pa**ed away
After they hung their head in shame,
Even their bed is gone
With no remembrance of their name.
My hedge is overgrown
Now spreading far and wide,
When I`ve had too much of this view
I`ll pop in there and hide.
At the moment I`m sat contentedly
With coffee in my cup, -
- Now I won`t get to drink it
Because I`ve just woken up.
