[Part I]
Deep in the night when
Asleep falls the moon in
The tune that it weeps
A galaxy steeps in my mind
Silver visions
Become with collision
And fiction is born
The spectres rest on
The retainers I've worn
No baby teeth left, but
The nectar of night showers
Crowns on my palms
To train for the war,
She had set off
The bombs underneath
A sea upon which
Elephants slept
And i wept,
And i wept
[Part II]
A satanic lady
Invited me
To her house
She served us tea
And we sat
On her couch
While holding her
Pachyderms, memories
Bled back to me
Books from a previous
Dream warned violent
Petting can peel
Their skin and reveal
The red 'neath their wrinkles
And worry said, "I think
I'll feed them chocolates
Instead."
But she feeds them
Storm when she's not
Trying to contact
The dead
