Amias Davies - Journey (Poem) lyrics

A step that starts a new hour, word that reaches to find a goal, Never cowering at the sight of power, Trying to fill an empty hole, Finding it hard to climb the easiest tower, Wondering how he can live without a soul, Sacrificing every minute that is not visible, Falling down every edge stepped on, Thinking that this may be biblical, That this road was drawn, But every step is getting him closer to misery, It's as if everything was mythical, As the light is now gone, As the motivational has brought upon an injury, Never knowing that this pain was so mystical, Pain that has been trying to make history, As I never try to be predictable, Spontaneously trying to combust, Trying to make my shout-out worth it, Never knowing the real meaning of trust, Every friend with a limit, as they decide to quit, But I am no boss that can control time, I never made life to begin with, So how can I take what's not mine, As I write over 200 poems and made a dime, And I am no wordsmith, I just puncture my heart and let it go on a journey line, As I try to sneak in a fingerprint, Looking for an exit from the shadows, But its so far that I have to squint, The heart that tried but froze, The mind that tried walking this difficult road, The hand that shook when seen the misery to come, The blood that tries to get into a different mode, The feet that will never step over what they call scum, But similes and metaphors mean nothing when it comes to the truth, And I never gave a real smile to meet my destiny, The lost and injured youth That has never been in a symphony, As I call it poetry wisdom, Buts its just an abyss looking for an exit, Punishment for the soul that he took so long ago, As he gets taken to a door less prison, And this time he is legless, As he is alone to be feed to the crow, Attracted to rotten smell pa**ed to him as he is hated, As he wonders why we hate what God has created, Has he created us for us to be rated, Looking at women as if they are a show to be witnessed, But lets not go off track just to get forgiveness, Another poem will look at how we diminish, Hypocritical humans filled with a sickness, And this is no remedy, Not trying to make an enemy, Just want to speak the truth so heavily, Our jealousy, mentality and how we walk hopelessly, Arrogant of our position, As if war was our mission, So tell me, tell me who gave you permission, Was it the peaceful God who gave you ammunition, And this is only the beginning of this journey, Truth is never corny, And my words are so very thirsty.
